CMB Trainee Cordelia Weiss (Winkler Lab, UMD MOCB) presented her work on how "Bacillus subtilis subpopulations exhibit significant differences in levels of cyclic di-GMP" at the NYBIG (New York Bacillus Interest Group) Meeting on June 3, 2016 at the NYU Center for Genomics & Systems Biology in New York, NY. ​

CMB Trainee Laramie Pence Earns Best New Investigator Poster Award at Annual SRI Meeting

CMB Trainee Laramie Pence (Telugu Lab, MOCB) presented her research at the 63rd Annual Meeting of the Society for Reproductive Investigation (SRI) in March 2016 in Montreal, QC. Her poster, entitled "Gestational Hypoxia Increases Trophoblast Proliferation & Inhibits Remodeling of Maternal Spiral Arteries in Guinea Pig Placenta" earned her the Best New Investigator Poster Award for SRI.
